What are the credentials of my coach?

I am an experienced and certified Life Coach and have been coaching people for 20 years. I have coached people on specific professional and personal goals and also helped when they make transitions. I work with people to enable them to become more empowered and help them set their own goals and support them in achieving them.

How long will it take to show results?

It generally takes a minimum of 6 months to get about behavioural change, however, it totally depends on the commitment of the individual.

I am not convinced . Can i talk to my coach before commiting?
