I am an experienced and certified Coach and have been coaching people for 20 years. I have coached people on specific professional and personal goals and helped when they make transitions. I work with people to enable them to become more empowered and help them set their own goals and support them in achieving them.

I have helped people overcome fear of failure, work through low self-esteem issues, become more assertive and confident about themselves, among other things.

If you are stuck in a rut, struggling with living a successful, happy life, having trouble in your professional life or with relationships, then a Life Coach is a good resource. By working with a coach, you set better goals and reach them faster and can make mid-course corrections as and when required.

Life coaching helps people meet goals in their personal or professional lives by guiding them in the right direction — much like a sports coach might do for a sportsperson — although the methods used by individual life coaches will vary greatly.

A life coach looks to empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.

You would need to commit to at least 3 to 6 months, as there has to be behaviour change which takes time. Tangible results come through consistency and commitment to achieve set goals.
