1. What is the time for each session?
Each session lasts 30-45 minutes
2. Will you need my medical history ?
Medical history required. We shall send you a questionnaire before the session. Please fill up so the healer knows all facts before the session.
3. How will the healing be done? Do i need to be present physically?
Healing can be done effectively remotely. It would be ideal if you are present physically but not necessary.
4. When will the session be conducted?
A mutually convenient time will be set up via phone call so it works for both you and the healer.
5. How do i give my feedback ?
Yes, feedback is very important and we shall arrange a mutually agreed feedback call after each session with the healer.
5. Is the fee refundable ?
We regret to inform you that the fee paid is non-refundable. If you have taken the multiple packages with the healer – you can postpone the sessions up to a maximum of 4 weeks after which we shall consider that all services have been rendered in totality.
